Since Sweet Production's creation in 2007, the founding partners have been dedicated to providing Bay Area food professionals with artfully baked goods of the highest quality. Our delicious pastries are perfect for a  continental breakfast buffet, while our elegant cakes, fresh fruit tarts, and delectable cookies will enliven any event, whether it is a wedding or company's holiday party.


Sweet Production is a wholesale bakery that delivers daily to restaurants, hotels, caterers and institutional kitchens from Santa Rosa to San Jose, and from San Francisco to Concord. Our kitchen is open 7 days a week to supply you with the freshest pastries, desserts, and savories.

One of the traditional aspects of celebrating Christmas is feasting, and sweet treats for your love ones. That is where we come in. Sweet Production provides both traditional and innovative bakery products. While our team has perfected such favorites as croissants, apple danishes, chocolate chip cookies, and carrot cake, we also love developing new recipes using fresh ingredients and local produce available in Northern California. We draw inspiration from a variety of cultural and culinary traditions. Our team at Sweet Production also works closely with customers to create custom or specialized offerings.
