What's New: Focaccia

Sweet Production is best known for our sweet offerings, but we also bake a variety of savories. One very popular offering is our yeasted Italian flatbread. Known as focaccia (or fougasse in France, hogaza in Spain and lepinja in the Balkans), it is a popular item for banquets and buffets.
