Sweet Production is experienced in making products targeted to our customers' dietary needs or preferences. We have recipes that are suitable for the following diets - gluten free, low fat, organic, sugar free - and we are also happy to work with you to ensure your order meets your own requirements.
If you are sensitive to wheat, due to celiac disease or food allergies, a gluten free diet can be an option. We use a variety of grains and starch sources that are considered to be acceptable for our gluten-products, such as but not limited to rice flour, buckwheat, brown rice flour, potato starch, and tapioca starch.
For people minimizing that fat consumption, we offer low fat items that use less oil, less butter, ingredients that are either low fat or no fat, and use butter milk to replace heavy cream to achieve a richness of flavors.
We take pride in using organic, sustainable food from local vendors and bring these elements in making our delicious pastries and desserts. We can use use 100% organic ingredients!
Instead of using sugar, we can use sucralose-based artificial sweetener like Splenda, natural sweetener from plants like Blue Agave, and natural fresh squeezed fruit juice to obtain the ideal taste and sweetness in our food.
